SHIPPING POLICY

We always ship the business day following the receipt of an order. All shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have partnered with Amazon, hence our shipment and returns are handled by Amazon. Items shipped from Amazon  can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to one week for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to two weeks for Marketplace Seller orders. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

In most cases, items shipped from Amazon Global can be returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Amazon Global items can take two to four weeks for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement. The refund will be processed depending on the refund method you chose.
